He treasures his ND experience and can't believe how much interest there is in ND football, especially if he wears something that has ND on it.
He mentioned his wedding in ND's basilica and how he went to Tommy Rees's wedding there, too.

That's an excellent podcast, and it's great to hear about his experiences.
Ian Book is one of those guys who you can call *THE* man when it comes to Notre Dame.
When people talk about a 3 star player who played at a 5 star level, he's the spitting image of it.
He has a great head on his shoulders, and has a very realistic view of the game, as well as what his future holds, or doesn't hold. He knows that he's not likely to be a 10 year starting QB in the NFL, and lives in the moment.
He doesn't embellish things, and tells it straight up like it is.

Murder 1, 2 counts. Kam Fong as Chin Ho in the old days when the show was great
with the real Steve McGarrett. My ex girlfriend and I used to make fun of the Kam Fong as Chin Ho, she said who cares, I said what's the difference. Can't laugh about those things now.
