There is a caveat to that....
Five star players seem to fumble and throw interceptions also. If the Irish miss a dozen tackles and turn the ball over too much, they can lose to anyone regardless of the talent level. Those middies are every bit as smart and more motivated...trying to continue and undefeated season and prove all the "experts" wrong. That is a huge factor that has played out against the Irish numerous times.
But more than anything, I want to see our guys play competently, with no turnovers, and bring Navy runners down with authority and precision tackling. Nothing guarantees that.
I think Horvath is going to be damn sore come Sunday morning.

There should be no excuses. If Navy runs their offense well that part may be competitive but if
we run our offense well we should dominate them. I expect our defense to get more stops against them than their defense gets against our offense.
