Had to laugh after the botched fg and Kelly on the sideline goes “execute the fucking play” and Herbstreit has to interrupt quickly and say he’s just saying execute the play😂. Not Big Game Brian’s fault. Obviously 🫄🏼

In 2011, after the U.S.F. loss, they devoted an entire Gameday segment to his ranting.
They excoriated him. Corso specifically called him out for it. Interesting that they find it more palatable now.

He has plenty of people to throw under the bus
There are still a fair number of Orgeron-era players that he can blame (whether validly or not).
He tried to pull that crap at ND back in 2011, where he gave a speech to the players smugly saying how he could tell who the players HE recruited were, versus the players that "the other guy" recruited.
He came close to losing Manti Teo after that stunt.
