Thanks for sharing that. He and Freeman are both great representatives of ND, which may be an
undervalued part of building a championship culture. At the same time, part of the scouting report on RL now probably says, "No need to have a deep safety. Let the ND WR run past the defensive back, but make sure the DB turns around to see the ball thrown straight to him." Frustrating.

He smiled with embarassment and admitted he messed up but drove us right down the field after and
threw a perfect pass to Mitchell Evans for the TD. A great answer. I got a kick out of him saying they could have fair caught that thing like a punt. Reminded me of when we were kids playing sandlot ball and no one could punt very far we had a rule where we would call punt and throw it as far as we could.
You do have to like the guy. Great personality and smart.
