This championship game has a "Hoosiers"-like feel to it

Underdog going up against the known powerhouse. Finding ways to win after overcoming obstacle after obstacle. Not to mention all Notre Dame players are Hoosiers, at least temporarily.

Game also played on MLK Day...in Atlanta.

This storybook ending would be nice. But I'm under no illusion that storybooks are real life.

Speaking of the Hoosiers I just read where their QB played with a torn ACL all season.

I’ve probably watched that movie at least 50 times. It was used in a Leadership development course I used to teach to demonstrate both the Tuckaman model of team development and Blanchard’s Situational leadership theory.
