Today is The Feast of Saint Sebastian. Yes this is an ND Football post.
St Sebastian is the patron saint of athletes, warriors, and martial artists.
I venerated a relic of his this morning at St Anthony’s Chapel on Troy Hill in Pittsburgh.
I hereby invoke his name in prayer:
St Sebastian give us your courage and perseverance in our battle tonight.
Intercede for us we pray, that our faith may imitate yours and that God may protect us as we seek to use the gifts He has given us to glorify Him this day.
Amen.
