There's an agreement on the $20.5MM cap on sharing revenues with the players, which by design is intended to flow to Football and Men's Basketball players. The feds just spoke up and declared that this would be viewed through the lens of "financial assistance," which would therefore require sharing it equitably across all sports/genders.

If this gets actually monitored and enforced, that cap is going to have to increase.
