That's the trick bag. Dudes go for the highest bidder(s), then don't perform to their start level.
Maybe Frosh/Sophs should get a capped amount, then get prescribed, incentive bumps based on merit (ie, performance).

Let the other programs waste money and pay those dudes, ND needs to be much smarter
with it's NIL than that. Idaho's assertion that this kid is someone ND needs to get is ridiculous. ND needs to avoid kids like this at all costs.
