Sad to see him go, but happy he's stepping up
It's great to see that he took time to talk with the players. He has been with this batch for 3 years, and has done an admirable job of recruiting and developing them.
If anything, it's a hell of a lot better exit than the purple faced one, who just simply gave a quick team meeting and told them the equivalent of "sayonara suckers."
