Is any one coach assigned to recruiting WR?

Even against a really good Notre Dame defense OSU receivers made it look to easy. I think Hartline is Ohio St.'s WR guru. ND has swung and missed on to many guys recently. Is Freeman getting out recruited or are the wrong assistants coaches not getting it done? At some point the passing game has to compliment the runniing game.

injuries caught up to them in the NC. I believe things would have been different with Morison, Mills, Botelho, Traore, et al….
