is to coach in an NIL driven CFB these days. Can you imagine having to re-recruit your entire team, your roster every year?? Plus recruiting even bigger high school pre-madonnas? Is $600k to $2mm as a coordinator really worth being on the road or social media #'ing 19 year olds 24x7? Is it worth $4 to $6 million as an HC? Is it sustainable more than for a year or two?
It's hard to imagine the pace at which the grind has sped up to is all that fun.

on $25MM to $50MM that has accrued, then you REALLY have problems.

Governed by whom? I see only two paths to governance
1.) Just agree that players are employees and agree to unions and collective bargain the rules; or
2.) Enact a Federal Law granting an antitrust exemption to college sports. Then an NCAA type of organization can be the governing body.
