Penn State should dip deeply into that 5 billion dollar endowment, and properly pay the victims of their queer assistant coach, Jerry Sandusky, who raped all of those boys.
They should also make proper restitution to everyone that Joe Paterno buried, when he'd strongarm them into recanting their testimony against his players and coaches. In addition to the Sandusky scandal, there was also the Todd Hodne scandal.
Maybe a couple billion sent towards the victims can buy proper restitution after all of the Hell they went through dealing with Joe Paterno's regime.
By all rights, that football program should have been given the death penalty, given how the crap they did throughout the years was far worse than the only team to get the death penalty (SMU).
Paterno was the biggest faker and hypocrite of all time.
