He now has a 4 star rating on 247, Rivals, and ESPN, while being at the highest 3 star rating on On3.

Just a better recognition that the man has potential
Last year, he split time at RB and WR, putting up 753 receiving yards, and 604 rushing yards, while still growing.
Had he focused on either position, I think he would have been better noticed, and I suspect that more than just a few teams are going to try to poach him.

Yes, he is one star better now
....which of course means little.
It is analogous to the exchange between my namesake and Rob Reiner, with Nigel Tufnel explaining that the amp is better because it goes ‘one louder’.
