Oscar Delp has played 3 years at Georgia. He's not a high school recruit like that linked article seems to imply.
It's true that he was a 5 star recruit in that class of 2022, and the man does have excellent potential, seeing how he made a pretty nice catch against us in the Sugar Bowl.
However, I haven't found an article from any reliable sources saying that he was transferring to Notre Dame just yet.
