ND hasn't recruited like this since Vinny.
One gets the impression that if we want a recruit, we have an excellent chance of landing them.
Nobody gets all they all the recruits they want but we don’t need a plan b or c like during the Kelly years.
All this talent doesnt guarantee anything, but the coaching staff has the talent and character of players it wants. Freeman and the staff get tons of credit but I think the new AD and president need some credit too. It feels like a full partnership and commitment to the athletics program in general and football specifically. The chains of restricting the success or prominence of the football team uas been removed. That dumbass decision at the end of holtz tenure to put football in its place has been reversed.
We are deep, talented and fast. Time to show all that off.

Two top notch bookend DE's, one solid DT who can grow into the NT position (Golden), and a highly underrated guy who will fit perfectly in at 3 technique DT (Hola).
That's a great job of recruiting by Coach Washington and others.
