UCLA has been the most overrated program for 40+ years, and I'm going back to the Terry Donahue era.
So bad, that its coach a couple years ago left to be a coordinator.
I can't even list all the bad hires over those 40+ years. Those coaches had wide latitude in recruiting. They had LA to sell to recruits. They had access to one of the recruiting hotbeds of the country. It's bizarre.

I doubt that joining the Big Ten will prove beneficial for the Bruins... unless all they want is $.
But if you walk around their campus... it's like being on a movie set... so maybe all appears good to the Bruin alums.
