If Boise St. has fallen off the table, Arkansas and USC only meaningful games left on the schedule..

Which means that ND probably won't muscle into the playoffs with a 10-2 record.

This D, right now as it stands, is capable of losing to anyone.

Maybe Clemson and ND can have a play-in game for that last spot.

The data say this is a miserable d at this time: it’s bad

Right now our ratings are 103rd in tackling, 117th in pass rush and 139th in coverage.

Last year we were 9th, 15th and 3rd. We could lose to most of the teams on the schedule with this defense. Utah State played the Aggies as well as our defense.

No idea what is wrong. We have talent and experience. Did they spend too much time, and Freeman, too, thinking about how good we are going to be?

I thought we would win ten last month. I think 8 is probably more realistic.

That’s abysmal

129th, that is, not 139th

Carr getting better, solid at skill positions. ND could outrun the remaing teams on the schedule.

Carr improving is almost inexorable.
Price & Love are more than solid
Raridon could ramp up to a ND Tight End U. guy with 6 - 8 catches / game
Faison is solid too.

Wish we had a burner like Will Fuller, but could be enough to outscore the rest of a squishy schedule.

Boise State?!? Hell, I’m not sure this team will get past Purdue next week

7 - 5.

USC and Arkansas are going to beat them and Boise State will give them all they want.

That should be this team’s last concern.

This team isn't winning 10 games in a row.

So SOS doesn't really matter.

Kind of reminds me of when Rocket Ismail played for Notre Dame

No way they win 10 in a row. A 9-3 season will make me happy at this point.
