First time since 1988 a team remains in the top 25 despite a 0-2 record
I’m not sure if the pollsters are looking at the fact we lost two close games or they just pity us.
Posters who predicted 12-0 or 11-1 seemingly thought 2025 would be a cakewalk.
New QB; new Defensive Coordinator; tough opponents = losses.
It will be interesting to see if this year's squad can resurrect the grit exhibited by the 2024 team. Momentum is so big in college football.

I predicted 10-2 and still stand by it.
I think Freeman will be much more involved with the defense from this point on. He better be.

Some of us were very worried about the first two games with a new QB and DC.
I optimistically thought we'd split the first two and we almost did. We lost 2 games by 4 pts total.
But we still have a chance for this team to be very good by season end. Ash and Denbrick need to get their heads out of their asses, but the talent is there.
i was more worried about Carr. I thought the defense might improve. I never saw this trainwreck
