Glad to see that guy is doing well….
He worked hard at ND, and filled in quite nicely last year.
I fully support his wanting to be a starter somewhere, since he wouldn't have jumped Ashton Craig.
This is also his last year of eligibility, since he came in with the Class of 2021. If I were already an established starter at ND with a degree in hand, and with a chance at a NFL career, I wouldn't want to be riding the bench.
That being said, he probably would have had the RG position after Charles Jagusah was injured, but even then, he had no way of knowing he'd have an opportunity to play, much less start.
I hope he continues to kick butt, and continue to work his way into being a NFL draft pick.

Absurd how some think because a former domer is having success elsewhere that they'd be the key to greatness if they'd stayed at ND. Coogan, Angeli, Spindler, etc,.....
He was and would be the backup to a really good player (who's played pretty well) if he'd stayed.
Bottom line, wish the kid well, congratulate him on his success, but you don't have to shit on current players to do it. It's wrong to the point of being ridiculous.
Has nothing to do with
Or no intention to “shit on current players”
Coogan was, is a vocal leader watch the videos
"Winning is an attitude", guess that's not saying the current players don't have Pat's will to win? My bad on the misinterpretation.
Great that Coogan found a home he can play at and is doing well, but Ashton Craig is better. Pat would be on the sidelines with the rest of the cheerleaders if he was at ND, not "running our O at center".
He is from Chicago burb Palos Heights and a product of Marist HS. The segment showed Pat and family's love for ND. I was very proud of him last night.
