Did Golden suspect a lesser ND defense this year when he took the Bengals job?

Seemed like a good opportunity anyways. But Burrow’s injury will put quite a stress on Al’s D.

Pretty sure Golden never sold his house in Cincy and his wife stayed there

Great coordinators. You need top 10 in the country at what they do.

This Hire? Big Mistake.

We hired a coach... who wasn't coaching. That’s like hiring an accountant who says, “Well, I used to be good with numbers.”

My confidence level? Hovering somewhere between “none” and “is this a prank?” If he had the answers, wouldn’t we have seen something by now? Instead, we’ve got a defense that looks like a general store—"Need a big play? A touchdown? Right this way!"

Can we trade up? Gruden? Fitzgerald? Skip Holtz? Anybody? Right now, it feels like we’re playing football with one hand—and half a brain—tied behind our backs.

His family lives in Cinncy and his daughters go to high school there. Plus he has a close affiliation with Zac Taylor from previous stint with Bengals.
