Otherwise, you aren't holding a closed-door meeting to make sure “It wasn’t comfortable, and I didn’t want it to be comfortable,” so that "... We’re not pointing a finger at, if he would have called something else. ..."

So again, what coach(es) isn't bought in and why don't the players "believe" in said coach(es). We can keep pretending, but the cat is out of the bag.
