Elephant in the room. MF: "...We got to all buy in...". Which coach isn't bought in and why?
It's not about execution. It's about coaching staff divide.
Otherwise, you aren't holding a closed-door meeting to make sure “It wasn’t comfortable, and I didn’t want it to be comfortable,” so that "... We’re not pointing a finger at, if he would have called something else. ..."

So again, what coach(es) isn't bought in and why don't the players "believe" in said coach(es). We can keep pretending, but the cat is out of the bag.
