Have to be good enough to overcome bad officiating
You always have to figure a one score swing against ND due to the refs.
These ACC refs can see blatant holding right in front of them, but won't call it.

Officiating or not, win or lose, this is an undisciplined embarrassment.
You see youth football games played like this. Besides the penalties , most earned, some not, they left 21 points on the field.
