...wasn't remotely the answer. My feeling is, In the end, it will be bad for everyone involved...save for a select few who are able to wildly enrich themselves. (On the player side, there will be a significant, though admittedly not entire, overlap with those who would secure riches in the NFL anyway.)
My feelings are conflicted a bit. On the one hand I would desperately like to see ND win another NC (really why couldn't God intervene last year?) and on the other I would like to see it walk away from this increasingly stomach-turning nonsense of a "system" and favor true education.
I do not enjoy in the least seeing ND being a follower, either politically (topic for another forum), or in academics/athletics.
