Belichick. Franklin and Norvell have huge buyouts.
The Belichick hire never made sense.
Both Belichick and Domer Bubba Cunningham recently released statements affirming their commitment to each other. That is a kiss of death.

I said they were crazy if they thought UW would keep him if they end up with three or four wins. They will end up with three or four wins and they will fire him. If there was fight within the players, that might be one thing, but the team seems to have given up. Aside from Bill at UNC, no coach in Power Four looks worse than Fickell.

But, in my defense, he had done pretty well to this stop at UW. I love the Badgers, and thought he was a good hire. Oh well.
I was another one of them
I wanted a guy with HC experience, and he fit the bill with what you would want as a pre-cursor. Shocking to me to see how badly he is doing at UW. I think he made a massive blunder in trying to get a program like that to run a spread offense.
