During the season, little can be done absent firing a coordinator

Mickens is one you hope stays but he has already been passed over for DC and he already has a "Defensive Pass Game Coordinator" title. If he aspires to be a DC, calling him a Co-DC really does little to make him stay without undermining Ash and I doubt Freeman, at this point, wants to undermine Ash.

There aren't any other titles available absent "Run Game Coordinator" on offense but Seider is already "Associate Head Coach."

While a coach may be made to feel better because he got a little more money or a little "better" title, I doubt either of those things are going to convince a coach to stay if he is looking for a better opportunity. If a coach wants a "better" job or wants to leave to get more personal development, there isn't much Freeman can do. And these guys are all adequately paid in relation to their peers in college football and if one wants to make more, so be it.

affs. Bullough and Mickens are the only two i’d ensure stay. I’m not sold on Ash, not really in love with Denbrock’s offense and feel both lines underperform. WR and RB coaches can be easily replaced.

At the very least, as a co-DC.

Can I de-elevate someone? Just curious.
