Using today's numbers, it costs $160K to send an in-state kid to PSU for 4 years, for tuition, room, and board. That doesn't include other activities.

I agree with you that college sports are all about the money, but I'd extend it to the idea that colleges in general, are all about the money.

PSU is in its own tier for state universities. All the smaller state schools are a fair amount less
