Coach Freeman isn't going anywhere
The man has completely embraced the University of Notre Dame du Lac, and is a living representation of it.
He and his wife converted to Catholicism as well.
You don't just do that on a whim, or just for show.
Plus, I'm pretty sure that the base salary is a much smaller number than the actual salary that he's getting (and he deserves it).
He loves his players, and his players love him.
