They brought in a very good QB
He did bring in Miller Moss, who was a very good QB for USC.
He's an excellent dropback passer who can make all of the throws, and isn't a stone statue. If anything, he's a lot like Steve Angeli.
Lincoln Riley had his preferred guy, though.

He also loses to putrid teams like Pittsburgh in 2023 and Stanford in 2024. That probably is a big reason why you never hear his name mentioned when big time job openings arise.
