I feel our O line and our running backs are better than theirs and that SC is notoriously a poor road team. By the four quarter they’ll be soaked and wishing they were back in lala land.
can’t give the USC QB all day to throw as the USC WR’s are too good. If it’s a downpour, that should be to ND’s advantage. Go Irish!!!
winds calm down and hopefully the lightning calms down by 7:30…cold is no issue.

passes; have their qb get the ball out quickly to their athletes on the perimeter. Long pass plays downfield in such weather conditions will or should be limited.
Empty seats means less crowd noise. Is this a difference maker? IDK. There is still a need to block and tackle on the field.

The 3 delays (twice in one game. USF) some fans left and those were day games. I really do feel bad for the fans who traveled and spent hard earned money for this one game.
I was in the deluge there in 2008 against UM. I don't remember anyone leaving their seats.
In weather like this, you're getting wet, period. Embrace it.
Not everyone is an Irish warrior fighting rain sleet and snow to cheer on the Irish. Didn't say stadium will empty but it will dampen the crowd noise.
