Jeremiyah is good, young man. And even Notre Dame guys do stupid things. I thought it was out of character for him to do that, but I still know he is a good representative for Our Lady. Freeman let him know what’s up, so I’m not worried about Jeremiyah doing more off-color antics.
When I saw it live, I said to my wife that I had lost a lot of respect for JLove. She didn't know
what it meant.
That celebration, I thought, was out of character or Love and ND. I agree, I liked how Freeman handled it in the interview.
I am sure Love did not expect it to have the kind of reaction it has had in some circles, but personally, I thought he/we were better than that.
