Will all of the big name coaching changes HELP or HURT ND?

I can see several of our assistant coaches getting opportunities to head coach (or oc/dc) elsewhere. I, also, could see some big name coaches be available for our staff, like Golden was a number of years ago. Not to mention all the recruits that will be opening up their recruitment with coaching changes.

With the culture and momentum that ND has, I tend to think ND will come out on the other side better off, but what do you think? (I would hate to lose Mickens, Seider.)

...get Al Golden's defensive playbook off the shelf and this is what we're doing going forward!!!

Spot on, Ash didn't completely change who he was as a DC in one week.

Difference between what he was calling against UM & A&M and what ND has been doing defensively since then is night and day.
