I suppose it is possible that coaches for state universities in Texas (and high schools there?) now have a waiver of immunity clause (if they have sufficient leverage)...although I suppose enforcement of that clause could be an issue. When the State of Texas did that (on behalf of Texas Tech), I was wondering who would want to coach for a Texas state team after that. Texas teams have still found good coaches, so I assume LSU will probably still be able to do so.
