TAMU had a couple close ones against pretty mediocre teams in Auburn and Arkansas. If TAMU beats Missouri, I'd rank them over IU.

Only a handful of the Top 12 CFP teams have or will play as many Top 25 teams as ND
A couple have five and I think Oklahoma has 6.
Several only have one team on schedule in the Top 25.

It's amazing how it is an ever changing thing regarding strength of schedule. Boy the committee did
a number on Miami. I really watched them play and I thought the coach was really reigning Beck in too much, because he continually made good plays to keep their offense going. He would pull them along but then he threw two bad interceptions at the most inappropriate time that cost them two games. I'm not sad though.
