Partly true but incorrect.In his urgency to sign his contract he or his lawyer ( if he had one) did
did not include a golden parachute clause. So ND not wanting to look bad gave him a raise the last year and bye bye .

state the reason he let Moore go was because of his age!! A university (with a law school no less) couldn’t see that an Age Discrimination suit coming after that???
