Yes he has made some bonehead calls the last few weeks. But his O-Line is gutless and he does not really have anyone resembling a decent QB.
Cleveland is a mess and I am surprised Rees took a job with them. The money is good, but his reputation as an up and comer is kinda shot.
Hopefully his next move will turn out better for him.
