calls...
He wins the Heisman Ass Clown Trophy Emeritus
Everyone holds, everyone interferes, etc. With any CFB game, if you scrutinize every last play, and watch every player, somewhere, somehow, there will be all sorts of actions that can result in penalties.
Some players get caught, some don't. It happens.
But...
I guess he forgot that you have to be good enough so that any missed calls that you don't get, won't affect the outcome.

One thing I do wonder, though, is that with Narduzzi ripping the ACC officials for not being kind enough to him, I wonder how they'll treat him in the next couple of games?
I don't watch much Pitt, but at Michigan State, his defenses held/P.I.'d on every play. It made them "aggressive." It was so woven into their scheme that officials barely called it, because they'd have been flagging every play (like F.S.U. with the late hits in the 90's).
For him to whine about the same is bizarre.
……excuse-making seems fun.
Poor kid had no idea what was coming on defense and they were incapable of stopping or predicting it.
Was priceless to see the futilely. Not saying it’s the kids fault, more of a masterclass in game planning and disguising by Ash and staff.
Heintschel took over for Eli Holstein after the Louisville game (the only strong / ranked opponent during the season before us).
The 6 games that he started were against weak teams, and he had all of the time in the world to work through his progressions, etc.
I would even argue that Holstein would have done a fine job against those cupcakes if Narduzzi hadn't given him the quick hook.
Against us, Heintschel looked absolutely lost, since receivers weren't getting open, and there was real pass rush pressure coming at him.
He missed seeing the dump-off receiver several times.
Holstein, with his considerable experience, would probably have fared better against us. He had a pretty solid year in 2024, and his stats weren't bad when he got yanked.
I suspect that Narduzzi has his own "right kind of guy" that he wanted to put in place.
