Passing game was poor. Somewhat understandable given the circumstances.

Usually, I have at least some Denbrock complaints, or the kicking game.
I was at the game, first one in a about 20.years...
1. I'm sorry to the traditionalists, but the jumbotron was awesome. Music selections and all.
2. The St Mary's parking and shuttle situation, fantastic. Thanks to those providing the advice here.
3. The Signature Polish Sausage with the horseradish slaw and the Soft Pretzel were fantastic.
I'm sure I could complain about something, but it was a really great experience.

The stats suggest otherwise against a very bad pass defense.
I mean if you believe points matter.
Carr had 46 yards passing. His team was sensational.
He was not.
Freeman acknowledged a great game in the post presser.
He also said it was not a perfect game. That there were areas that could be improved. He wanted to make sure his players understood that.
Marcus and I are on the same page.

Look, this was a crazy game. I just don’t want to see him in a “game manager” mode.
Syracuse is ranked 119 in pass defense.
Giving up 263 yards per game.
Carr has got to stay sharp for the playoffs.
and used him.
He threw for 46 yards and was minus 10 rushing.
That’s 36 yards total offense.
Not a stellar night. Truth.
is the biggest concern.
Carr has shown enough to know what he can do. This board would implode if he dropped back 25 times in a game like this and got hurt before the playoffs.

To each his own.
The victory was monumental.
