ND, South Carolina, Arkansas, Auburn, and now Texas.
The games I fear most now are Alabama winning the SEC championship or Texas Tech losing in the Big 12 championship game. If either happens, ND is out.
Texas still has a loss to, at best, a 4-8 Florida team in which they were outgained by 100+ yards. The also have a 25-pt loss to Georgia, and for them to go ahead of ND, they would also have to go ahead of Alabama, which beat Georgia at Georgia.
Texas has some fine wins, but also the aforementioned ugly losses and two overtime escapes to Kentucky and Mississippi St., teams with a combined 3-13 conference record. Rewarding Texas for their wins while ignoring the bad losses would be hard sell for many.

Bigger problem is iif BYU wins BIG 12 Championship or Miami theories throttles Pitt. Either happens, ND is probably out.

Outside of us losing to the trees, UM beating OSU is our greatest risk of not making it. Being the lock for the playoffs has its disadvantages.
