Our lax team in '22 lost some games early, notably head-to-head against Ohio State, only to turn things around to be the hottest team in the nation at the end of the season.
We were ranked #5 in the year-end polls but were left out of the 16-team playoff. Last team in was Ohio State.
That lax team got focused and won back to back national titles in 2023 and 2024.
I think our football team this year can beat anyone. I am also increasingly pessimistic about our CFP possibilities this year.
If we get in, we need to kick ass.
But there's always the option to keep kickin' ass and dominate for the next couple years. It's been done.
