They should drop out of top 12 along with BYU leaving room for ND, Miami and 2 other conference titlists.

Neither team demonstrated that they are either ready or deserving of the playoffs.

It’s bs you shouldn’t hold a team accountable for a loss, close or not in a championship game. The conferences are fine having the winner get a spot. The loser sure as bleep should be penalized.
