Who sends out resumes and makes unsolicited calls to schools and any sports "journalist" with a heatbeat.

UM isn't seriously looking at Rees as head coach any more than ND would hire him as head coach. If Rees wants to be a head coach at a 'major' school, he'll need head coach experience at a 'minor' school.
