Because I'm becoming an old fart, I go back to Mike Rozier and Roger Craig at Nebraska back when the Huskers' option-I was a thing to behold. Rozier won the Heisman and had a year leading the NFL in rushing (after wasting time in the USFL), but Craig arguably was a better pro as a great runner and receiver for the 49ers in the glory days with Joe Montana. I think as well of Reggie Bush and Lendale White for the U of Spoiled Children. Bush won the Heisman, but White had a better NFL career, I believe. Bush was actually a disappointment as a pro.
I don't think Love will be a disappointment, but it's certainly possible Price will have a better NFL career. I just hope my Chiefs manage to draft one or the other.
