ND's defense was robbed of the opportunity to win the game when the SEC officials "egregiously" ...
missed the tackle of an ND defender, with nobody between him and the QB, that allowed A&M to win the game. I get tired of people blaming ND or, in particular, the ND defense for losing the game. It's like blaming a woman for being raped because she chose to take a shortcut through a dangerous neighborhood.

the opportunity to win the game was taken away by the officials. The loss is not on the D, the officiating failure that caused the loss.
