I understand the new stadium is only about 25 miles from the old one.

A new stadium had to be built
They were always going to move, it's the NFL model now. Get public money, in this case 3 billion, build a new stadium and sell the "rights" to the seats, and own all the land around the stadium where the entertainment before and after games will happen. Before one chiefs snap happens in that game they will have added over 3.1 billion of wealth to the hunt family name. Almost entirely paid for by taxpayers and fans. You couldn't achieve that on the site that arrowhead sits

Da Bears to NW Indiana and the Bear loyalists are fuming. LOL
It won't happen. Indiana folks know that. But it's worth it just to see Bear fans get on talk radio and moan, groan, stomp their feet, and cry about even the rare possibility that it would be brought up by Bear brass.
