Riley misquote
Marcus was quoted in the Spring of 2025:
"It's pretty black and white for me. You want my opinion? I want to play them every single year. When? I don’t care. I don’t care when we play them: Start of the season, middle of the season, end of the season. I don’t care.“
He never said “anywhere” or in week 0 (before start of season).
So none should call Riley out in this.

My cousin a big OSU fan cares and quotes Riley. I'm sure many ND haters are the same.
Tell him he can talk when OSU stops playing FCS teams like Grambling.
And losing to Miami by 10. Or playing teams like Ohio Univ. and the sorry Big 10 schedule. Penn St. what a power house. UM got blown out by an SEC school. USC lost to a sorry Big 12 team. There's literally 2 decent teams in the Big 10 conference. Why would ND even want to play them? ND beats them like a drum whenever they do.
But if it's not Riley's B.S. they'll make some other crap up. Like conference championships don't count. Whatever serves their B.S. agenda.
