Marcus Freeman hires Charlie Partridge away from Colts to coach the DL (Al Washington to LB coach)
This is a seriously impressive hire.
Partridge is considered one of the top DL coaches in the NFL and has worked with DC Chris Ash at Drake, Iowa State, and WI.
He also was the architect of the best Pitt DL on a long time.
He was an associate HC and DC at Wisconsin under Barry Alvarez, and even a head coach once at Florida Atlantic ( much experience).
