ND failing badly in transfer Portal

CB Jontez Williams from ISU to USC
DT Mateen Irigogba of Wake Foreat to Tx-Tech
DT Horace Lockett of Wake Forest to Neb
DE Devan Thompkins of USC no longer considering ND

No doubt ND made low-ball offers, as usual. ND has more money than any university that plays major college football, except Stanford, USC, Texas, and Cal Berkley. It just does not want to spend it. I say either go all in to win ot get out of the cesspool that is college (minor league pro) sports.

It is a data aggregator that doesn't verify its sources. It collects random pieces of data from various sources and then publishes them without any verification as to the data's accuracy or validity.

Funny thing is the data you cite is from 2019 from another data aggregator. Generally speaking, it is crap stuff that plagues the internet with insipid pop-ups.
