This is his agent putting out bogus numbers to pump himself up.
NFL agents have been doing it for decades and you find out months later the actual contract is a fraction of what they told their mouthpiece "reporter".
I'm sure he's being compensated handsomely, but the folks that are paying these kids aren't stupid people. IU has all the leverage here and don't have to overpay for a decent QB.
