If a kid has an NIL agreement with a school or collective are they annual agreements?

Could the agreement stipulate all player must stay at a school? Have no idea if any player would agree but I can’t imagine there could be language locking both sides into a multi year agreement and eliminating the transfer issue

I'm betting the contract could say that, but why would a kid sign one? Just go elsewhere.
