So we missed the MSU WR. Mark Cuban called him and sent a truck.
We are so loaded at most positions. O'Brien won't add to the depth of the D backfield and PT WR?
So many newbies coming in are loaded.
Get us 2 big beefs in D line middle and we R fine
Greathouse will be pleased.

Agree - we have lost two players from our 2-deep roster

KK Smith and Josh Burnham - that's it.

We are doing a fantastic job of holding on to our players.

The DT situation will be alarming if we don’t get decent guys in portal

Not alarming, uncertain. ND has players that have been behind some really good players.

Great ND teams always lose good players and replace them with unknown players who become the next "can't lose" player.

This staff has earned trust in their evaluation and development of talent, if they can get a top DL, take him, but they don't NEED anything.

The only guys they can put at DT are Hulak, Sevillano, Burgess, or Dixon. Hulak is still way too small - he came in at 240 and does not have a big frame. The coaches were going to move Dixon to OL, because he is not quick enough for defense. Burgess is far better suited for DE - no one recruited him to play tackle. He’d have to put on too much weight for his frame. Sevillano is a possibility, but he has been injury prone and lacks quickness to be a DT - More of a Nose in a 5 man front.

They may have to play Golden and Hola as freshmen, which is not ideal. They both need time in the weight room.

Not at all, just have more faith in this staff's evaluation and development than you do.

They've earned it. Guys like Hinish, Knapp, Moore and Faison weren't supposed to do much at ND either. How'd they work out?

You still need real talent to win it all. Or be way ahead in the portal. I prefer our recruiting
